- Punctuality: Please join your session on time. Delays may reduce the available session time.
- Certificate: Certificates are provided only for eligible training or coaching programs where certification is included.
- Professional Conduct: Clients are expected to communicate respectfully throughout the coaching process.
- Results Disclaimer: Coaching outcomes vary from person to person based on individual participation and commitment.

Refund Policy
At DHAIRYAM, all payments are final.
- No Refund Policy: Once a payment has been successfully made, it is non-refundable under any circumstances.
- Sessions are confirmed only after full payment is received.
- The session link will be shared after payment confirmation.
- Please ensure you are available before booking your session.
- By making a payment, you acknowledge and agree to this No Refund Policy.
Disclaimer
The coaching services provided by DHAIRYAM are intended for personal development, mindset improvement, and emotional well-being.

Cancellation & Rescheduling
- All coaching sessions require 100% advance payment.
- Once a session is booked, it cannot be cancelled for a refund.
- If you need to reschedule, please inform us at least 24 hours before your scheduled session.
- Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the session may not be accepted.
- Clients who do not attend the scheduled session without prior notice will be considered a No Show, and the session fee will not be refunded or adjusted.
